Every organisation starts on Free and can stay there. Premium is for the ones that want more published simultaneously.

Nothing, unless you want more room. Every organisation starts on the Free plan and can stay on it for as long as it likes, with no subscription, no time limit and no card details. Premium is £29 a month or £290 a year, and it raises every limit in the table above.
Always. The app is where volunteers find and join what you publish, and there are no charges for them or for you, now or later.
More of everything, and more of it published simultaneously: 30 activities, 30 opportunities and 30 resources instead of 10, with all 30 activities published simultaneously rather than 3. You also get 10 saved locations, 5 team members, 30 organisation members, the Verified Organisation badge and prioritised email support.
A blue tick next to your organisation name in the app, shown once the Impactful team has reviewed and approved your organisation. It appears on your organisation card and beside your name on every activity you publish, in the feed, in search and on the activity page, so volunteers can see at a glance that the activity comes from an approved organisation. Approved organisations are also in the list volunteers see by default, so you are easier to find and people have more confidence in you when they do. The badge comes with Premium. Free plan organisations can still publish and be found in the app, just not in the default filtered feed. Upgrade to Premium and we will turn on your approved status.
Connect tells you, and nothing is deleted. You can unpublish or remove something to make room, or contact us to move to Premium. If you are at the team member limit, you cannot send new invitations until you remove someone or move up.

Yes. Full Impact is a tailored package for larger organisations, with dedicated support and compliance built around how you work. Pricing is agreed with you. Get in touch and we will put a package together.
Paying annually saves 20% on Premium. If you are a council, a federation or a group of organisations joining together, contact us and we will talk it through.

Impactful Hub is the ecosystem connecting people with opportunities to create change. We are home to Impactful, our AI-powered volunteering app, and Impactful Connect, the platform organisations use to reach volunteers.
Impactful was created to make volunteering easier to start, and anyone can use it. Many people help others every day without thinking of it as volunteering. Impactful turns those moments into meaningful action, tracks your impact, and recognises the difference you make.
Impactful Connect gives organisations access to people who want to get involved. You can publish opportunities, run events, take on members, share your mission and see what worked, all from Connect, which is free to start.
The app is for volunteers. It is where you find activities, join organisations and keep a record of what you have done. Impactful Connect is the web platform for organisations, where you set up your profile and publish what volunteers see in the app.
For volunteers
Using the Impactful app to find, do and keep a record of volunteering.
Not at all. Impactful is for everyone, whether you are brand new to volunteering or have been doing it for years. There are activities for every level, from 15-minute actions to ongoing commitments.
That is up to you. Some activities take 15 minutes, others are ongoing. You can filter by the time you have to find something that fits.
Many opportunities on Impactful are remote or online. Use the filters to find volunteering you can do from anywhere.
You need to be 13 or over to create an account. Beyond that the app is open to anyone who wants to volunteer. Some organisations set their own joining rules for their members or for particular events, and the app tells you before you apply.
Impact Coins are what you earn for completing activities in the app. They are a record of the difference you have made, and they build up over time as you do more.
An event is something an organisation runs at a set time and place, and it may need you to register or fill in a consent form first. An informal activity is something you can do on your own terms, such as a litter pick or helping a neighbour. An idea is something you suggest yourself for others to try.
Yes. Every completed activity goes into your activity history and your My Impact dashboard in the app, and you can share achievements straight to Instagram and other apps. The record is useful for applications, references and award schemes.
Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we never sell personal data. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why. You can delete your account from the app at any time, and your personal data is permanently removed when you do.

Go to connect.impactfulhub.com and create a free account. Set up your organisation profile, publish your first activity, and you are reaching volunteers within minutes.
Events with registration, informal activities people can do in their own time, ongoing volunteering opportunities, and resources such as guides and documents for your members.
When you publish an event you choose whether people join instantly or wait for your approval, and you can attach a consent form or terms that must be accepted first. Registrations arrive in Connect, where you approve, decline and keep track of who is coming.
Volunteers can join your organisation in the app. You decide whether anyone can join instantly or whether you approve each request, what information members must provide, and any documents they must accept. Members see what you publish and you can contact them from Connect.
Yes. Invite colleagues as team members with owner, admin or member roles, each with its own level of access. The Free plan includes 2 team members and Premium includes 5.
The Connect dashboard shows views, supporters, followers, shares, volunteer hours given and Impact Coins earned through your activities, so you can see what is landing. A fuller analytics section with reporting is in development.
The platform is built around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your organisation stays the data controller for your volunteer data and Impactful acts as your processor, and we never sell personal data. Yes. Every organisation gets email support and the Help Centre guides. Premium organisations are prioritised in the support queue.
