• Create activities — Build events and informal activities manually or with AI assistance, and publish them for young people to discover.
• Manage registrations — Configure registration settings, consent forms, and approval workflows. Review and manage participants.
• Build your community — Set up membership options so young people can join your organisation and stay connected.
• Manage locations — Create and import locations for your activities, viewable on a map.
• Share resources and opportunities — Post volunteer opportunities, learning materials, and guides for your community.
• Track engagement — Monitor views, supporters, followers, and hours through your dashboard.
• Manage your team — Invite team members and assign roles (owner, admin, member) to collaborate on your organisation's presence.

How to Get Started

1. Set Up Your Organisation

Complete your organisation profile across eight sections: basic information, classifications, areas of operation, strategy, fundraising, social media, contact, and legal. A complete profile helps young people find and trust your organisation.

2. Explore Your Dashboard

Monitor engagement metrics, track your engagement funnel, and see how young people are interacting with your activities.

3. Create Your First Activity

Create events or informal activities for young people to discover and register for. Use AI assistance to generate compelling descriptions and outcomes.

4. Manage Registrations

Configure how young people sign up for your activities — set approval modes, add consent forms, and manage participants.
